Welcome to 'Petals', The Flower Stork loyalty rewards program. Designed to be as simple as possible and reward our loyal customers who keep coming back and shopping with us.

Every time you shop with us you will earn ‘Petals’ on anything you buy. ‘Petals’ can then be exchanged for a discount voucher to be redeemed against anything in our range. We are proud to be the UK's only baby bouquet company offering our customers a loyalty program.

We will shortly be introducing gifts for other occasions so that you can send a gift to someone to mark a special event, say well done or even treat yourself to a lovely pamper pack.

Here's how it works:

1. Every item in The Flower Stork web shop will have an amount of ‘Petals’ shown below the price. Purchase any items and once we have shipped your order, your ‘Petals’ will be allocated to your account.

2. Earn 10 ‘Petals’ for every £1 spent.

3. You can log onto your account at any time to see how many ‘Petals’ you have collected.

4. Once you have collected 2000 ‘Petals’ you can redeem them for a £20 discount voucher to be redeemed against anything in our range.

5. Or keep saving ‘Petals’ to redeem them at a later stage for a larger discount voucher.

6 Discount vouchers can be redeemed on any item in our web shop, use your Petals to send gifts to a new baby or keep them and send yourself one of our pamper packs.

Other Questions you Might Have

How do I start collecting Petals?
Just start shopping – a Petals account will automatically be created for all new customers when you place your order. For existing customers we have already created a Petals account ready for you to use – just log in to your account.

Is there a time limit on earning or redeeming my Petals?
No. Your Petals will keep accumulating until you are ready to spend them.

How do I redeem my Petals?
Log onto your account and choose how many Petals to redeem for a discount voucher. An email will then be sent to you detailing a discount code to use at checkout the next time you visit our web shop. Please note: your Petals are exchanged for a discount voucher – the Petals you see below each product price are the Petals that are earned for that purchase and NOT the Petals to be redeemed to purchase that item.

How do I redeem my discount voucher?
Add any items to your shopping cart and on checkout you will be asked for your discount code.

Do I get 'change' when spending my Petals discount voucher?
No. The discount code can only be used once. If you spend more than the discount code you will be asked for your card details for the balance. If you spend less than the discount code you will lose the balance.
