Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order on our website as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. By making a purchase via this website, by phone, fax, or in person you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions including our Privacy Policy.

Nature of Goods
As all our bouquets are handmade there will by nature be a slight variation in each item. In the event that items are unavailable for a particular bouquet The Flower Stork reserves the right to substitute for other items of equal or greater value.

Design
We design all our handmade bouquets and reserve the right to alter the design of bouquets at any time.

Returns
We maintain the highest standards of quality control. However if you are unhappy in anyway with your purchase you may return the goods to us for a full refund of the purchase price, within 7 days. If you would like to return your purchase to us please call us on 01495 303030 to advise us of the return. Goods must be returned to us via recorded delivery and all tracking numbers should be retained to ensure that the goods do reach us. Once we have received the returned goods a full refund of the goods price (less shipping) will be issued.

Contract
We must receive payment of the whole price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your Order has been received by sending an e-mail to you at the email address you provide in your order form.

Price
The price payable for goods are as set out in our website and are subject to change without notice. Prices stated exclude delivery charges which are shown separately when placing your order and are inclusive of any applicable VAT.

Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
a. we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; or
b. we do not deliver to your area or country; or
c. if one or more of the goods you ordered was listed with incorrect information including without limit price, and/or description for whatever reason.

Events beyond our control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs, terrorism and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
